Sugargoo allows returns and exchanges within specific timeframes after items arrive at the warehouse. The exact policy depends on the seller and the reason for the return.
Quality-related returns (wrong item, significant defects) are generally honored. Size-related exchanges depend on seller stock availability.
Return Policy by Reason
Different return reasons have different policies:

Refund Process
Approved refunds return to your Sugargoo wallet balance. From there, you can withdraw to your original payment method or use the balance for future orders.
Refund processing typically takes 3-7 business days after the seller receives and verifies the returned item. Some sellers process faster than others.
