How the Warehouse Works

When you place an order, the seller ships your item to Sugargoo's warehouse. Upon arrival, warehouse staff inspect the package, take QC photos, and log the item into your account. You then review and approve each item individually.

Items can remain in the warehouse for up to 180 days before storage fees apply. This gives you plenty of time to build a haul before shipping.

Consolidation Strategies

Consolidation means combining multiple items into one shipping package. This spreads the base shipping cost across all items and often reduces the per-item shipping rate.

Remove shoe boxes to reduce volumetric weight by 30-40%. Keep boxes only for items you plan to resell or gift. Use vacuum packaging for clothing to compress volume significantly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I ship items separately?

Yes, but it is usually more expensive than consolidating into one package.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Contact support immediately with QC photos. Damaged items can usually be exchanged.
